Many people have concerns about what Signature Blue does with personal information you may submit on this website and other platforms.  We share those concerns and have developed a simple policy regarding that information.

1. Signature Blue, LLC will not sell your information to a third party.  For marketing purposes, your information is only used internally to the Signature Blue Team, LLC DBA Signature Blue, Bridge Realty, LLC  and only specific third party entities facilitating our marketing efforts.  Should you become a client of ours in a real estate transaction, your information gathered during that process will be used to complete the transaction.  It may be shared with third parties who need the information to do their part in the sale or purchase of the property.  These include businesses and professionals  such as involved title companies, cooperating brokers, or lenders. 

We may provide you with the opportunity to use third party companies or entities to facilitate your sale or purchase, or as a convenience to you.  If we do so it would only occur with your explicit written permission.. 

2. By submitting your name, email address, address, and or phone number to Signature Blue, LLC either through this website, another platform such as Facebook, in person, on an open house log or visitor’s form, or in any other manner  you agree to allow us to contact you by email, phone, text (SMS) message, or mail.  This may be in regards to a specific inquiry you made or other services or information we provide that we feel you may be interested in.  This may include using the information you provided as part of a larger marketing campaign which may include but is not limited to:  telemarketing (phone calls to you given phone number whether a land line or mobile/cell phone number), automated and non-automated sms/text messaging and email, email newsletters, direct mail, and online advertising to include social media advertising and re-marketing.

3.  If at any time you wish to have any data or information that relates to you removed from our lists, databases, system(s) (whether computerized or not) you may do so by contacting us by email at [email protected], by phone at 651-362-0123, or by mail at The Signature Blue Team ATTN:  Aaron Prescott, 1101 E 78th St,
Suite 300, Bloomington MN 55420.  Please include in your correspondence or if you leave a voice message the following information which we will use only to facilitate your request:  1) Your full name 2) any abbreviation or nick names that you may go by 3) your age in years 4) your address if you believe  that we have it or would like us to search our databases for it 5) any phone numbers that you may believe we have on file for you 6) any e-mail addresses that you believe we have on file for you 7) whether you would like us to send you a report on the data that we found in our databases that relates to you (if yes then we will provide you with a report in electronic format attached to or included in an email.  You must provide a valid email address with your request and indicate that as your contact for us to send your report to.  Your name, this email address, and the fact that you have made the request, the date and time it was received, our response to it, including whether your data was found in our databases or not, when and how it was removed and destroyed, whether you requested a data report and if so, whether one was generated and sent, and to where and on  what date and time it was sent will be retained in a separate database whose sole purpose is to document our compliance or non-compliance with your request.

If you wish to revoke our permission to contact you for marketing purposes, you may do so by unsubscribing via the unsubscribe link included in all of our email newsletters, by sending us an email at [email protected], or call us at 651-362-0123. 

Please note that under certain circumstances Minnesota and Wisconsin state law may require Signature Blue LLC  and/or our broker Bridge Realty LLC to keep and maintain all or parts of the information that we may have that relates to our customers and clients for a minimum of six years.

4. This website and some of our other electronic methods of communication to include but not limited to e-mail, text messages, and apps make use of cookies, pixels, and other automated and electronic and/or computerized methods of reporting the usage and visibility of them by you and other people who are engaging with them.  We use the information we collect from these methods to enhance site navigation, analyze site usage, maintain our security systems, verify the acceptance and viewing of e-mail and other electronic forms of communications, and assist in our marketing efforts. These methods may collect your personal information, or collect enough information that your identification may be inferred from it, and/or it may be used to create a profile of you and your consumer habits.   We may share this information with third party advertising services which facilitate our advertising efforts. We may use your personal information to provide you with targeted advertising for our services. This information is used only for our advertising purposes and is not sold or given for advertising outside of Signature Blue, LLC DBA Signature Blue, and Bridge Realty, LLC.

It is possible that third parties not affiliated with Signature Blue LLC and/or Bridge Realty LLC to obtain the same or similar information at the same time, place, and using the same or similar method as our systems do.  In these cases we have no control over these third parties, what and how they collect data, and have no authority over them.
